Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crunchy Base:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt over low heat. Stir until well combined.
